Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Incorrectly ordered parts
• Buyer remorse
• Change of mind
• Installation errors
• Used, installed, or modified products
• Opened tuning devices or electronic products

Please verify your vehicle year, make, model, and engine before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the shipping box
• Photos of the product
• A description of the issue

We'll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are handled directly through the manufacturer. Warranty coverage varies by brand and product.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Off-Road Use Notice

Many products sold by Forged to Lead Performance are intended for off-road/race use only. It is the customer's responsibility to determine whether a product is legal to use in their area before purchasing.
