At Forged to Lead Performance, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Some products may require additional processing time due to manufacturer availability or custom ordering. If your order is delayed, we will contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.
Shipping Methods
We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- Other freight carriers when necessary
The shipping carrier is selected based on your order size, weight, and destination.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.
Typical delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Based on the service selected at checkout
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Freight Shipments
Oversized or heavy items may be shipped via freight carrier.
The customer is responsible for inspecting freight shipments before signing for delivery.
If damage is visible, note the damage with the carrier before accepting the shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
Forged to Lead Performance is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost or delayed, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- Additional shipping charges may apply.
- Delivery delays may occur.
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to the address provided during checkout.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the damaged item
- A description of the damage
Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may affect our ability to assist with carrier claims.
Backorders
Occasionally, products may be temporarily out of stock.
If an item is backordered, we will notify you as soon as possible with an estimated shipping date.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Orders returned because they were refused or undeliverable may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Shipping
At this time, Forged to Lead Performance ships within the United States only, unless otherwise stated.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
